All Wynford students must have fully completed FinalForms each year.   By filling out these forms, you do not need to fill out paper copies. Teachers, administrators, and the nurse are able to access these forms in order to help your student. If you are unsure how to update FinalForms, please follow these steps: 

1. Access FinalForms at https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com.

2. If you have a Wynford FinalForms account, Under Parent, click "LOGIN". Otherwise, if your student is new to Wynford, click "NEW ACCOUNT".

3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
