NEW STUDENT INFORMATION

Please follow these steps to enroll your new student at Wynford: 

Step 1: Go to the building your child will attend:

  • Grades PK–5: Wynford Elementary Building

  • Grades 6–12: Wynford Middle/High School Building

Step 2: Fill out all required paperwork and bring copies of the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Number

  • Immunization Records

  • Proof of Residency (must be a bill in your name dated within the last 30 days)

  • Custody Papers (if applicable)

  • Special Needs Information (if applicable)

Step 3: Once all documentation has been approved and office forms are complete, go to FinalForms (https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com) to complete all school forms online. The link to FinalForms can also be found on our website under Parents.

Step 4: The building secretary and/or school counselor will contact you once everything is finalized and a start date has been set.
