NEW STUDENT INFORMATION
Please follow these steps to enroll your new student at Wynford:
Step 1: Visit FinalForms at https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com to complete and sign all school forms online. The link to FinalForms can also be found on our website at http://www.wynfordroyals.org under Menu and For Parents.
Step 2: Schedule a registration appointment with your registrar. This appointment MUST be done in person and a picture ID will be required. Appointments are scheduled to expedite the process and prevent parents/guardians from having extended wait times. Please call the Wynford Board Office at 419-562-7828 ext. 500 to make an appointment when enrolling a new student. The Wynford Board Office is located on the north end of the old Wynford High School building. Park between the middle/high school building and the elementary building. Enter through the triple glass doors.
Step 3: Bring the following documents with you to the appointment.
Required Documents
Child's Birth Certificate - An original (or certified copy) of student's Birth Certificate must be presented at registration.
Parent/Guardian Driver's License or State Issued ID Card - Must be presented at the registration appointment for proof of identity.
Student's Immunization Records
Proof of Residency -Only legal residents of the district may enroll. Misrepresentation may result in prosecution.
Home Owner - One of the following must be presented: Utility Bill less than 30 days old, Tax Bill, Mortgage Coupon, Insurance Statement/Declaration, Pay Check Stub, Bank Statement, or Signed Purchase Agreement with Occupancy Date
Tenant - Signed Lease Agreement with Property Owner or Notarized Letter from Homeowner or Primary Tenant
Special Situation Documents
Custody Decree - (if applicable) Complete, current legal documentation must be presented at the time of registration. Notify registrar of any future revisions.
Guardianship - (if applicable) Complete, current legal court documents must be presented at the time of registration.
Non-United States Citizenship Documents - (if applicable) a legal, current Passport and Visa must be presented at the time of registration as well as the aforementioned items.
Special Education Paperwork - (if applicable) The current ETR and IEP for students with disabilities, or the current Section 504 Accommodation Plan, or Gifted Identification information must be presented at the time of registration, if applicable. An official request will be made to the previous school for these documents as appropriate; however, having the documents upfront facilitates a smoother transition.
Note: Applicants must obtain English language translations of any documents that are completed in another language. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator that states that the translation is accurate and translator is competent to translate.
Step 4: The building secretary and/or school counselor will contact you once everything is finalized and a start date has been set.
