The Crawford County Health Department offers clinics year-round on Thursdays (except Thanksgiving and other Holidays) with at least 2 evening options each month. During the month of August, they add some extra options to help students get ready for school. Please remember to take your insurance card as well as your shot record to allow them to update it for you. They are already booking appointments for both July and August. Call (419)562-5871 to get on the schedule.
