Who Should Attend
The Wynford Football Camp is designed for students entering grades one through six next fall.
About Camp
Wynford football camp is designed to help participants improve basic skills and learn the
techniques of football. Demonstrations and drill sessions require limited physical contact and
are held daily under the guidance of the Wynford football coaching staff. Staff members and
current players are available to give individual attention. Sessions are held daily and are
conducted on the grass fields, or in the event of inclement weather, in the indoor facility and
gym.
Location
All the Wynford football camps are conducted on Wynford’s campus. All campers should report
to multi-purpose room in the elementary school at the end of the day. The football staff will
assist all campers to the field house. Campers can be picked up at the field house at 5:30 p.m.
Registration & Fees
To enroll a student in the camp, a parent or guardian should complete all parts of the
registration form and send, with full payment, to Wynford. The cost of the camp is $25 per
person and $15 for any additional family member enrolled in this year’s camp. Payment can be
in cash or check. Please make checks payable to Wynford Athletics Boosters (Football) and
return registration to: Gabe Helbert, Football Coach, Wynford High School, 3288 Holmes Center Rd., Bucyrus, OH 44820, your child’s elementary teacher or the Elementary Office.
Registration deadline is Tuesday, May 18th
Walk-in registrations are welcome but proper shirt size cannot be guaranteed.
Other Benefits
Each camper will receive an official 2021 Wynford Football Camp T-shirt. Campers also receive a meal at the conclusion of the camp.
Our goal is to follow all recommendations and guidelines established by the CDC as
they pertain to COVID-19.
