What a great opportunity to select Sophomore Varsity Softball Player Adreana Estep as Wynford's Female Athlete of the month. Adreana has turned on her pitching performance for her senior season. Throughout the last several weeks she has allowed only 5 or less earned runs per game while playing through the powerhouse teams within the conference. She has caused frustration at the plate for several of the league leaders in offense, but allowing minimal hits for 4 of the top 10 hitters in the N-10 conference. Now that the Lady Royals defense is cleaning things up, Adreana has a great chance at getting her first tournament win next week against Willard. As Athlete of the Month, Adreana has earned a T-shirt sponsored by Matthews Chevrolet and Pisanello’s Pizza. Congratulations Adreana and please keep up the hard work the rest of your career.
