New Student Enrollment

  • Wynford Elementary (Grades PK-5)

If your student is new to the Wynford School District due to moving into the district or being accepted via open enrollment, it is important to register the required paperwork with the elementary office (grades PK-5) to enroll your student and to complete FinalForms (https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com/) if you have not done so already.  All new students need to register birth certificates, immunization records, proof of residency (current utility bill), and any necessary court/custody papers (if applicable) before school begins on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.  The registration form at https://5il.co/i96u also needs to be completed.  The elementary office will be open for new school year questions and purposes on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Questions or papers for new enrollment (grades PK-5) can be emailed to stahl.julie@wynfordroyals.org, and the new enrollment process will begin then.

  • Wynford Middle/High School (Grades 6-12)

If your student is new to the Wynford School District due to moving into the district or being accepted via open enrollment, it is important to contact the middle/high school office (grades 6-12) to enroll your student after Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. if you have not done so already.  The middle/school offices are closed for the summer until then.  All new students need to register birth certificates, social security cards,  immunization records, proof of residency (current utility bill), and any necessary court/custody papers (if applicable) before school begins on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.  The sooner you can register after August 10, the sooner we can assign classes and schedules for the 2023-2024 school year.  Also, please complete FinalForms at https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com/.

Lunch and Breakfast for the 2023-2024 School Year

Families are once again asked to complete and submit a current school year Free/Reduced Meal Application if they would like to see if their student qualifies for free/reduced meals based on the income of all family members in the household.  Free/Reduced Meal Applications can be completed in FinalForms, can be found on our website, and will be available in the school offices.

Elementary
Breakfast - $1.90
Lunch - $3.20

Middle School / High School
Breakfast - $1.90
Lunch - $3.50

Adults
Breakfast - $2.50
Lunch - $4.30

School breakfast and lunch menus are available on our website, our app, and the Nutrislice app.  Go to www.wynfordroyals.org or our app and find “Dining” under Menu or visit https://wynfordroyals.nutrislice.com/menus-eula.

If you haven’t already done so, please also take the time to sign up at “MyMealTime”.  With “MyMealTime”, you can track your student’s spending, set limits and notifications, but most importantly of all, you can see when your child needs lunch money.  This will also let you place money on your student’s account if you so choose rather than sending money to school with your child.  “MyMealTime” is both an app and a website.

"MyMealTime" app - The "My MealTime" app can be found in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.  It is the app with the green “M” with the spoon and the fork in the humps of the M and is pictured below.

"MyMealTime" website - The "My MealTime" website can be found at www.mymealtime.com or go to www.wynfordroyals.org and find MealTime in the menu list under “For Parents”.

With both the "MyMeal Time" app and website, you will need to make an account for yourself, and then, you will be asked to attach your student to your account.  You are to enter only the first name of your student and his/her student ID number.  The student ID number is your student’s ID number in FinalForms, or you can contact the Food Service Department to get the number.  This will not be available for students that are new to Wynford until the week before school starts.  If you need to speak to someone about your student’s lunch account or have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kathy Smock at smock.kathy@wynfordroyals.org or 419-562-7828, ext. 435.

School Fees

General fees for ALL Wynford students in grades kindergarten through grade 12 will be $8.00, and class dues for ALL students in grades 9 through 12 will be $10.00. Pioneer Career & Technology Center, Tri-Rivers, and Sentinel students owe $12.50 to Wynford each year ($10.00 for class dues and $2.50 for communication fees).

Parking Permits

All students attending Wynford High School and Pioneer Career & Technology Center that drive to school will need a parking permit. The application for a parking permit can be picked up when students pick up their schedules. The cost for a parking permit is $5.00. This must be done each school year.
