📅 First Day of School

The first day of school for students in grades 1-12 is Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Kindergarten students are going to start school on a staggered schedule. Kindergarten students with a last name beginning with A-K will attend school on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, and kindergarten students with a last name beginning with L-Z will attend school on Thursday, August 20, 2026. All kindergarten students will attend school on Friday, August 21, 2026. The first day of school for Monday-Wednesday-Friday preschool students is Monday, August 24, 2026, and the first day of school for Tuesday-Thursday preschool students is Tuesday, August 25, 2026. 🆕 New Student Enrollment

If your student is new to the Wynford School District and you have not yet started the official enrollment process, please complete the following steps. First, visit FinalForms at https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com/ to create an account, add your student or students, and complete and sign all the required forms. After submitting the online forms, if it is before August 1, 2026, please call the Wynford Board Office at 419-562-7828 ext. 500 to schedule an appointment to submit your documents. After August 1, 2026, please contact the appropriate school office (Wynford Elementary School at 419-562-7828 x301 or Wynford Middle/High School at 419-562-7828 x409). 📝 FinalForms

FinalForms, located on our district webpage, is our platform to collect and manage our online forms and data. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign all school forms for your students electronically. 

ALL parents of students MUST use FinalForms.  Please register at http://wynford-oh.finalforms.com  and complete ALL forms each year.  The sooner that you complete the forms, the better.  If any information changes during the school year such as your phone number or address, you need to notify the school and update FinalForms accordingly.

In order to be scheduled for a bus pickup or drop-off for the 2026-2027 school year, you must have complete the transportation form in FinalForms at www.wynford-oh.finalforms.com by July 1, 2026.

👩‍🏫Wynford Elementary Class Lists

Class lists for Wynford Elementary School kindergarten through fifth-grade students will be posted on the front doors of Wynford Elementary School on Monday, August 3, 2026. 

🏫 Wynford Elementary Open House

Parents and students are invited and encouraged to attend an open house at Wynford Elementary School on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. This event is for all grades, preschool through 5, and teachers will be available to welcome and meet with parents and students in their classrooms. Bus drivers will also be in attendance to meet with families and answer questions about bus routes. Open house is a chance for teachers to connect with parents and students, and it is also a nice opportunity for students to bring their school supplies and organize the items in their desks and lockers before the first day of school. The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 19, 2026. REMINDER: Kindergarten students will have a staggered start to the school year, and preschool starts the following week. If you have questions and/or need more information pertaining to the beginning of the school year, please contact your child’s teacher or building principal. We look forward to seeing you soon!

🏫 Wynford Sixth Grade and New to Wynford Middle School and Wynford High School Back-To-School Night Open House and Orientation

The sixth grade and NEW Wynford Middle/High School student open house and orientation will be on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Wynford High School Auditorium.  This is for all 6th graders and new to Wynford 7th - 12th graders, along with their parents.  Students are welcome to bring their supplies and put them in their lockers. Sixth-grade students will receive their schedule during this event.

🚍 Bus Routes

The 2026-2027 bus routes will be posted on our website on August 11. Bus Drivers will be at the Open Houses on Monday, August 17, 2026, to make changes as needed. If you have a question or issue, please email Brian Shupp at shupp.brian@wynfordroyals.org.  Please note the Laura Avenue pick-up and drop-off location has been moved to the corner of Laura Avenue and Hillcrest Drive. 

🚌 Pioneer Transportation

The Pioneer bus will be transporting Pioneer students between Wynford and Pioneer each day starting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.  The bus will leave Wynford High School at 7:20 a.m., and the bus will return students to Wynford High School at 3:05 p.m. 

📅 Preschool

The first day of school for Monday-Wednesday-Friday preschool students is Monday, August 24, 2026, and the first day of school for Tuesday-Thursday preschool students is Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The preschool tuition rates for the 2026-2027 school year can be found at https://aptg.co/DZ7PF_.

💉 Immunizations for Back-To-School

• All incoming preschoolers are required to have a physical along with 4 doses of DTaP, 3 doses of Polio, 3 doses of Hepatitis B, 1 dose of MMR (after 1st Birthday), 3 or 4 doses of HIB, 1 dose of Varicella (after 1st Birthday), 2 doses of Hepatitis A,  3 or 4 doses of Prenvar, and the Annual Flu vaccine

• All incoming kindergartners are required to have 5 doses of DTaP, 4 doses of Polio, 2 doses of MMR, 3 doses of Hepatitis B, and 2 doses of Varicella (chickenpox).   

• All incoming 7th graders are required to have a Tetanus booster (Tdap) and Meningococcal vaccine.

• All incoming 12th graders are required to have a Meningococcal vaccine.

💊 Inhalers, Epi Pens, Seizure Rescue Medication, and Prescription Medications 

If your student requires prescription medication, pills, seizure rescue medication, an inhaler, or an EpiPen, Ohio state law requires that a physician’s order be on file in the nurse’s office before these medications can be administered at school. If you need the required form, it is available online at https://5il.co/9ivq.

If your student requires a prescription medication to be administered to them during the school day, the Prescription Medication Authorization Form must be completed by the physician and parent and can be found at https://5il.co/1hqeo. The medication must be in the ORIGINAL prescription container labeled by the physician or pharmacist

🍎 Lunch and Breakfast for the 2026-2027 School Year

Families are once again asked to complete and submit a current school year Free/Reduced Meal Application if they would like to see if their student qualifies for free/reduced meals based on the income of all family members in the household. Free/Reduced Meal Applications can be completed in FinalForms at https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com/, can be found on our website at https://5il.co/1aabb, and will be available in the school offices. School breakfast and lunch menus are available on our website, our app, and the Nutrislice app.  Go to www.wynfordroyals.org or our app and find “Dining” under Menu or visit https://wynfordroyals.nutrislice.com/menus-eula.     

If you haven’t already done so, please also take the time to sign up at “My MealTime”.  With “My MealTime”, you can track your student’s spending, set limits and notifications, and most importantly of all, you can see when your child needs lunch money.  This will also let you place money on your student’s account if you so choose rather than sending money to school with your child.  “My MealTime” is both an app and a website.

"My MealTime" app - The "My MealTime" app can be found in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.  It is the app with the green “M” with the spoon and the fork in the humps of the M and is pictured below.

"My MealTime" website - The "My MealTime" website can be found at www.mymealtime.com or go to www.wynfordroyals.org and find MealTime in the menu list under “For Parents”.  

With both the "My MealTime" app and website, you will need to make an account for yourself, and then you will be asked to attach your student to your account.  You are to enter only the first name of your student and his/her student ID number.  The student ID number is your student’s ID number in FinalForms, or you can contact the Food Service Department to get the number.  This will not be available for students that are new to Wynford until the week before school starts.  If you need to speak to someone about your student’s lunch account or have any problems or questions, please contact Mrs. Kathy Smock at smock.kathy@wynfordroyals.org or 419-562-7828, ext. 435. 

🅿️ Parking Permits

All students attending Wynford High School who drive to school will need a parking permit. The application for a parking permit can be picked up when students pick up their schedules. The cost for a parking permit is $5.00 for the 2026-2027 school year. This must be done each school year.
