New Student Enrollment

  • Wynford Elementary (Grades PK-5)

If your student is new to the Wynford School District due to moving into the district or being accepted via open enrollment, it is important to register the required paperwork with the elementary office (grades PK-5) to enroll your student and to complete FinalForms (https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com/) if you have not done so already.  All new students need to register birth certificates, immunization records, proof of residency (current utility bill), and any necessary court/custody papers (if applicable) before school begins on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.  The registration form at https://5il.co/i96u also needs to be completed.  The elementary office is open for summer school from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday through August 10, 2022, if you would like to drop off the required paperwork.  However, enrollment will not be done during this time.  The required paperwork can also be emailed to Erin Fishpaw at fishpaw.erin@wynfordroyals.org after completing FinalForms.  The elementary office will be back open for the school year starting on Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  The sooner that you return the paperwork, the better.

  • Wynford Middle/High School (Grades 6-12)

If your student is new to the Wynford School District due to moving into the district or being accepted via open enrollment, it is important to contact the middle/high school office (grades 6-12) to enroll your student after Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. if you have not done so already.  The middle/school offices are closed for the summer until then.  All new students need to register birth certificates, social security cards,  immunization records, proof of residency (current utility bill), and any necessary court/custody papers (if applicable) before school begins on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.  The sooner you can register after August 11, the sooner we can assign homeroom teachers and give out schedules for the 2022-2023 school year.  Also, please complete FinalForms at https://wynford-oh.finalforms.com/.

Lunch and Breakfast for the 2022-2023 School Year

For the past two years, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has offered waivers to the Child Nutrition/Food Service Programs across the United States allowing these programs to offer all students breakfast and lunch at no charge.  These waivers expired on June 30, 2022.  This means that starting with the 2022-2023 school year, the Food Service Programs across the nation will return to normal, pre-pandemic operations.  Families will once again be asked to complete and submit a current school year Free/Reduced Meal Application if they would like to see if their students qualify based on the income of all family members in the household.  Free/Reduced Meal Applications can be completed in FinalForms, can be found on our website at https://5il.co/1aabb, and will be available in the school offices.  Breakfast and lunch will no longer be free for all students.
