Congratulations to all runners today at the county meet! Girls JH brought home first place! Top 10 won metals as well! Girls were lead by Kaitlyn Messmer in 3rd, Bristol Westrick 4th, Madison Kiess 8th, Kyelyn Rowedda 9th, Aubrey Pope 11th and Lily Scott 20th! Declan Gebhardt won a medal for his 8th place finish in JH boys! Drew Pope brought home a medal for his 14th place finish in HS boys, followed by Ashton Tarbert in 30th, Clay Lusk in 32nd, Jacob Wagner in 34th, and Kyle Pope in 38th. The team finished 5th. Brooklyn Stauffer placed 21st in the HS girls race followed by Elena Alegre in 23rd. Our four senior boys were also recognized before the awards ceremony. Thank you Galion XC for acknowledging all Crawford County XC seniors and giving them a gift! Thanks go out to all families for showing up and supporting our runners! 💙

5th grade students in Mrs. Jones' Social Studies classes spent today learning about the American flag including its history, what it represents, and proper etiquette. They also learned how to raise, lower, and fold the flag in preparation for the responsibility of taking care of Wynford Elementary's flag this school year. Congrats XC JH girls for placing 3rd at the Elks Invite at Upper Sandusky tonight—only 7 points from 2nd place! Leading the way was Kaitlyn Messmer finishing 3rd overall, followed by Madi Kiess (13th), Kyelyn Rowedda (14th), Bristol Westrick (16th), and Lily Scott (35th). Declan Gebhardt ran hard in the boys race, placing 30th. Good luck to our Varsity and JH boys and girls when they run the county meet this Saturday at Ammans Reservoir. First race begins at 9:30. Seniors will be recognized during the awards following all the races.

Students in Ms Outland’s biology class today were able to test an unknown sample to identify the macromolecules in their murder mystery lab!

🏆🏆BACK TO BACK The Boys Golf Team shot their best round of the year 315 to win the conferences tournament! With today's win they have enough points to earn them first place in the league. CONFERENCE CHAMPS! The boys were led by Clay Roger's who shot an impressive 66!!.

BACK TO BACK CHAMPS! The Wynford Lady Royals cap off an undefeated season with the N10 Championship today at Woody Ridge with a team score of 361. The Lady Royals were led by Caroline Sheldon 83 (Overall Medalist) Maggie Ridge 86 Rylee Robinson 91 Willa Johnson 100 Megan Young 104 Maradath Engler 114 The Lady Royals are back in action nest Tuesday at the D2 Sectional Tournament at Valleyview Golf Course.

Wynford Lady Royals get win against Mohawk tonight 182-276. Tonight the Lady Royals were led by: Caroline Sheldon 42 Rylee Robinson 47 Willa Johnson 47 Maggie Ridge 46 Megan Young 62 The Lady Royals will be in action tomorrow at Woody Ridge in the N10 League Championship.

Wynford’s “Volley for a Cure” will be on Thursday, October 2, 2025, versus Upper Sandusky. T-shirt order forms are available in the high school office. Please return completed forms by Thursday, September 18, with checks made payable to Wynford Athletic Boosters.

The Wynford Band Boosters will be having a Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria for a $5 donation. Dine in or carry out. All proceeds benefit the Wynford High School Band and Choir.

The Wynford Lady Royals Middle School Girls Golf Team was in action tonight at the GCOB shooting a team score 249 on the tough back 9. The Lady Royals were led by Tess 59 Brielle 60 Emma 64 Rachel 66

Students in Mrs. Rexroad's 9th grade physical science class practiced using various pieces of lab equipment to practice their dimensional analysis skills to covert between units to make their chocolate fudge!
