Update on the New Alert System by Apptegy – Future calls from the new alert system will be from the Wynford School District phone number 419-562-7828 rather than the Little Rock, Arkansas phone number that was displayed last night on the test call. Text messages from the new alert system will always be from 98900. Also, there were two text messages sent out today, Tuesday, September 17, 2024, around 2:30 p.m. to remind you about the picture days this week. One was sent from the new system and one from the old system. If you did NOT receive the text from the new system and want to get text messages, please complete the form at https://forms.gle/HBSMYc4JKrkkjLhm9. All changes requested through the form up until the time of this posting have been made.

On Monday evening, September 16, 2024, the Wynford Local School District will be sending out a test call and text from our new notification system. For many years, we have been using Connect-ED as our notification system. However, Connect-ED was recently purchased by another company and is being phased out. In the next few weeks, we will be testing the new system and migrating away from the old. This is the system used for calls and texts for delays, cancellations, reminders, etc. We appreciation your patience during this transition.
