Congratulations to the following Wynford High School Art students from Mr. Lillo's Art One classes, whose impressive black-and-white caricature pencil drawings are currently on display as part of a show at the Glazed Over Donut Shop, located at 119 West Johnson Street in Upper Sandusky: Aubrey Adkins, Chris Vaughn, Maddie Miller, River Bell, Elle Kanellakis, and Hayden Morey. Please feel free to visit the display and show your support for these outstanding students!

Second grade had a wonderful time at Historic Lyme Village! The village represents life in the Firelands from the arrival of the first settlers, in the early 1800’s to the early 1900’s. This made a GREAT connection to the Pioneer unit they completed earlier this year!

We had a really great Track and Field Day today at the elementary!! Thank you Mr. Powers and Mrs. G for all of the fun. Click here for ALL of the pictures from today!

A year's worth of projects showcased the Community Center as every single child was represented by Mr. Striker in their show. Students learned ways of using multiple media including clay, pastels, paints and chalk.
Reminder to adults 🤗 ARTWORK CAN BE PICKED UP FROM THE ART SHOW ON SATURDAY FROM 12-2.

Weekly Schedule

Fantastic program tonight by the Wynford High School Jazz Band and Concert Band, directed by Mr. Safford🐾

What an outstanding event we had in 3rd grade for our ANNUAL MARKET SALE today🛍️💰
Each class learned about the differences between goods and services as well as paying rent and taxes throughout the unit. The final project was to set up shop with their own good or service to sell to their classmates in neighboring homerooms. Their creativity and ingenuity showcased our artistic skills and sales savvy as they sold everything from manicures to slime to baked goods to kitty rocks. Many treasures were bought and sold as they learned a lot about what it takes to be a business owner and manage money.

Students in the high school earth science class dissected a perch and a dogfish shark this week ending their oceanography unit.

Thank you to the high school Earth Science class students who collected all of the recycling every Friday from the MS/HS and took the items to the recycling bins this school year!
